It helped our energy and we did slowly lose a bit of weight, then we went off of it because we ran out and were having cash flow problems. My daughter had never had high cholestgerol or hypothyroidism before but while off of the African mango developed high cholesterol and hypothyroidism. We are wondering if having taken the African Mango may have created a situation that caused the change in her body, where it became dependent on it so that going off it led to these problems.
