Pure African Mango
How many times have you heard claims that the key to weight loss is actually a natural extract – fruit, berry, or other plant – that people in undeveloped parts of the world have known about for years?
This has happened with hoodia, acai, and countless other weight loss crazes, and now we have a new-comer: African mango.
Many supplement companies have tried to incorporate African mango into their products, and some have found some real success. For example, IrvingiAppress is currently one of the most highly rated products on the market; read a thorough review of it here.
Pure African Mango is yet another product that can supposedly help you see real results thanks to its inclusion of African Mango. The question is – will Pure African Mango really work? Let’s take a closer look at the ingredients to find out.
About Pure African Mango
In a research study conducted by scientists in Cameroon’s University of Yaoude, men and women taking African Mango extract lost an average of 12.3 pounds in 28 days without additional diet or exercise. It also showed that the average waistline reduction was nearly 2 inches within a 28 day period.
Study results published in the journal Lipids in Health and Disease showed that African Mango promotes overall health by reducing total cholesterol by an average of 39%, triglycerides by 44.9% and bad LDL cholesterol by 45.6% in 28 days.
However, it is extremely important to note that all of the research results above were not based on this product specifically, but simply on African Mango extract.
Pure African Mango Ingredients
The main ingredient is African Mango extract Irvingia Gabonensis, and as I can deduce from the product’s name, it does not contain many other ingredients.
However, I can’t tell this for sure because there is not any sort of information regarding the formula or dosages anywhere on the Pure African Mango website. It does not even disclose the amount of African Mango that is inside a single capsule of Pure African Mango.
As long as the dose of African Mango is at least 1.05 grams, it should be as effective as the research shows, but with no details on the ingredient quantity, I just can’t determine how well this product will actually work.
Conclusion
Pure African Mango has some definite advantages, but overall, I feel wary about the fact that it doesn’t disclose all of its ingredients.
The name would leads me to believe that it contains 100% African mango, but if that were the case, why wouldn’t the manufacturers advertise that?
We would recommend finding something that contains a high concentration of African mango and discloses at least the other effective ingredients so you know what you are paying for; a product that we trust is IrvingiAppress. Find more information on IrvingiAppress here.
